Fideua Marinero de Gandia ( Seafood Fideuá)
This is our famous Fideua de Gandia or Fideua Marinero is sure to please your palette. Fideuà is essentially paella made with pasta instead of rice. We use only fresh Mahi-Mahi (Dorado), Calamari, peeled and devained Shrimp, green Shell mussels, & little-neck clams combined with our perfectly prepared fideos thin, short angel hair pasta broken into 2cm lengths and vegetables (green and red bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, garlic& roasted piquillo peppers)
